These Terms of Service govern your use of the MMKPC Studios website at mmkpcstudios.com, our games (including RHM on Steam), our AI tools (WaWa Engine, MMKPC AI Suite), and all related services. By accessing or using any of our Services you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Use of Our Services

You may access our Services for lawful personal or commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• —Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any MMKPC Studios software or games
• —Use cheats, exploits, bots, or unauthorized third-party software with our games
• —Use our AI tools to generate content that is harmful, hateful, illegal, or violates third-party rights
• —Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• —Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure

3. Gaming Conduct

When using our games, you agree to:

• —Report bugs and issues through our official channels rather than exploiting them
• —Respect all intellectual property rights contained in our games

4. AI Tools — Usage & Output

Our AI tools (including WaWa Engine) are provided for creative and productivity purposes. You understand and agree that:

• —AI-generated outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, or unexpected — you are responsible for reviewing outputs before use
• —You retain ownership of the content you submit as input; outputs generated by our tools may be used by you subject to applicable third-party AI model terms
• —You must not use our AI tools to generate content that violates law, infringes on IP rights, or causes harm

5. User Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials, all activities under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@mmkpcstudios.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on mmkpcstudios.com and in our games — including the MMKPC Studios brand, game assets, music (including RHM soundtrack), AI-generated artifacts created by our pipeline, and software — is owned by or licensed to MMKPC Studios. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMKPC Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Third-Party Services

Our games are distributed through Steam (Valve Corporation). Our AI infrastructure uses Google Cloud (Vertex AI), OpenAI, and ElevenLabs. Our payments are processed by Stripe. Each third party's terms and policies apply to your use of their respective services.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the Effective Date above. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
